- All pets must be leashed at all times. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Fireworks are strictly prohibited within the recreation area. Any fireworks use will result in removal from the campground without refund.
- Quiet time is 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighboring campers.
- Refunds will not be issued for early departures.
- Burning of Pallets, Garbage, or other refuse in fire rings is prohibited and will result in a fine.
- ONLY corded firewood is allowed to be burned, and can be purchased at the Bait & Tackle Shop.
- External storage of appliances, including freezers and refridgerators, is not permitted at campsites.
- Commercial activities are prohibited within campsites and campground areas.
- Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Do not discard them on the ground or in fire rings.
- New Town Marina is not responsible for accidents, injuries or damage to personal property.
- Campers staying 7 days or longer are responsible for maintaining their campsite area. Mowers and Trimmers are available at the Bait & Tackle Shop.
- All Army Corps of Engineers rules and regulations for camping and land use apply within New Town Marina Recreation Area.
- Each campsite is limited to one camper, one boat, and one tow vehicle unless otherwise approved.
- Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 1:00 PM.
- Early check-in is allowed depending on availability, 10:00 AM-3:00 PM is an additional $10, earlier than 10:00 AM is a full days charge.
- Late check-out is allowed depending on availability, 1:00 PM-5:00 PM is $10, after 5:00PM is a full days charge.
- Golf carts must be licensed, insured and operated by a licensed driver. A $25 permit sticker is required and may be purchased at the Bait & Tackle Shop.
- ATV's and UTV's are strictly prohibited.
- In the event of severe weather, the Bait & Tackle Shop will serve as the designated storm shelter.
